Film & Production Class | Grades 7–12

This 10 week Screenplay to Screen class gives students the opportunity to experience the full filmmaking process — from developing an idea and writing an original screenplay to acting, directing, and filming their own project.

Students will work collaboratively to:
• Learn the fundamentals of screenplay writing
• Develop characters, dialogue, and story structure
• Explore on-camera acting and directing techniques
• Understand basic film production and storytelling for the screen
• Film scenes from their original screenplay

This class is ideal for students interested in acting, filmmaking, writing, or creative collaboration. Through hands-on work and guided instruction, students build confidence, creativity, and a deeper understanding of how stories move from the page to the screen.

🎥 The program culminates in a filmed project, allowing students to see their work come to life.
